Exhibition: Collision, Bussey Building 22nd August 2009
Genetic Moo will be presenting the ‘mobile animacules’. Using our hand-held projector, we will interact with the audience and art works at Collisions latest extravaganza.
Alongside a collection of site specific works, an international group of artists and performers will facilitate altered versions of familiar social situations and games in which the audience is invited to participate to allow the process to become complete.

2 days and 1 special evening will launch presenting artworks, performances and presentations from artists, collectives and hackers working within the New Media and Digital realm. Exhibition: The Bargehouse, March 2008
Genetic Moo are presenting the Starfish and the Urchin at
Electric Blue: A collection of multi-media installations exploring the senses.

Electric Blue is a collaborative exhibition displaying new and cleverly engineered artwork which aims to revise the way in which we perceive. Each floor of Bargehouse houses a collection of mixed media work including kinetic and sound installations, thought-provoking performances along with images that trick the eye. Electric Blue aims to intrigue the most ardent of art lovers, but also appeal to people of all ages and from all backgrounds.

“The John Lansdown Award for Interactive Digital Art” is presented yearly to works that demonstrate innovation in the use of interaction with images, sound and animation. The 2nd prize was awarded to Becoming Starfish at EUROGRAPHICS 2007.
